For the upcoming recruitment period the IntCDC and SimTech Clusters of Excellence have jointly designed a series of workshops that target the earliest point in community development: the recruitment process. In three sessions, the Equal Opportunity (EO) Managers Lisa Schöllhammer (IntCDC) and Almut zu Schwabedissen (SimTech) will provide essential support and general hands-on information on topics related to the first part of the recruitment process, the sourcing of the candidates.
Workshop session 4 will provide valuable information on the support structures in your institution for hiring and keeping high potentials will be shared.

Each field will be introduced in short-info “snacks” by the above speakers. After these introductions, you will have the opportunity to meet the experts in three separate breakout rooms and dive deeper into the topics that interest you most.
