As part of the EXC Start-Up Series of the Clusters of Excellence IntCDC and SimTech together with the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI), we are cordially inviting you to the practical 2-day workshop on the topic of guiding market choices for technology-based startup firms.
This on-site format will teach you how to identify, evaluate and select market opportunities for a tech-based startup. Based on the case study of a robotics startup from the University of Stuttgart you will learn and experience the process hands-on.
You will learn how to identify new areas for innovation based on technological capabilities, how to conduct market-and competitor analysis and make strategic decisions based on a proven methodology. You will work in teams with other PhD students from the University of Stuttgart and develop a recommendation for the startup, which markets to focus on. Knowledge and experience gained can be applied beyond the startup world, e.g. in corporate innovation.
