For the upcoming recruitment period the IntCDC and SimTech Clusters of Excellence have jointly designed a series of workshops that target the earliest point in community development: the recruitment process. The innovative format is divided into two parts: sourcing and candidate selection.
The sourcing workshops help the inviting institutes to address and reach a larger number of high potentials. In three sessions, the Equal Opportunity (EO) Managers Lisa Schöllhammer (IntCDC) and Almut zu Schwabedissen (SimTech) will provide essential support and general hands-on information on topics related to the first part of the recruitment process.
