DESCRIPTION: \nFor the upcoming recruitment period the IntCDC and SimTech Clusters of Excellence have jointly designed a series of workshops that target the earliest point in community development: the recruitment process. The innovative format is divided into two parts: sourcing and candidate selection.\nThe sourcing workshops help the inviting institutes to address and reach a larger number of high potentials.
