On 23 September 2020, Dr. Yana Boeva will give the talk ‘Holistic Visions & Cybernetic Strategies – Infrastructures of Integrative Computational Architecture’ at the Critical Media Lab, FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. In her talk, which is part of a colloquium at the Critical Media Lab, Dr. Yana Boeva will discuss the interactions of different future visions of the building ecosystem, the underlying computational design and construction approaches, and their social implications. She will draw upon her current work at IntCDC as well as insights from previous ethnographical research on design-focused makerspaces and digital fabrication.
