June 3, 2026 / European Innovation Council (EIC)

Theresa Müller, IABP

We are excited to announce that IntCDC PhD researcher Theresa Müller from the Institute for Acoustics and Building Physics (IABP) has been selected by the European Innovation Council (EIC) to participate in the EIC Women Leadership Programme 2026. As part of this, she represented the AP42 Universal Timber Slab Project at the EIC Summit 2026 in Brussels last week.

The programme unites women researchers, entrepreneurs and innovators from across Europe to strengthen leadership capabilities, expand professional networks, and support the growth of breakthrough innovations within the EIC ecosystem.

The Universal Timber Slab Project is funded under the EIC Pathfinder Challenge and develops breakthrough computational design, engineering and robotic fabrication methods for a novel point-supported multi-story timber building system.

Theresa Müller’s participation in the programme reflects the project's commitment to innovation and the advancement of sustainable construction technologies within the European research landscape.
