During this compact 45-minute lunch format, you will gain practical insights into diversity-sensitive leadership. We encourage you to explore strategies that promote and shape diversity within your own professional setting.
Since 2024, the University of Stuttgart has been presenting the 'Fü(h)r divers!' prize to exceptional leaders who demonstrate a commitment to diversity. Award winners are invited to share their personal leadership style at these lunch talks. They will explain what is important to them and how they implement diversity-sensitive leadership in their teams on a daily basis.
